All orders are shipped with track & trace. You will receive an email with your tracking number.

Take into account that if you are ordering outside the EU, import duties may apply. This means that you might have to pay import duties upon arrival. The height of this amount depends on the country you live in. Make sure you know what additional cost you can expect.UK orders should be ordered from our UK website via wearezeez  

• You have 30 days to return your item. An article bought from our sale category cannot be exchanged or returned

The return of an article is only possible when the article:

• is in undamaged state
• is not worn and/or used (test shoes only inside and not outside)
• includes the original packaging.
• wearezeez reserves the right to refuse returned items.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order online.

After receiving your return, it can take up to 7 working days to receive a confirmation of your refund per mail. Please keep in mind that the shipping costs will not be refunded, except if agreed upon beforehand.

Returns are at your own cost. However by using our online portal we are able to offer you discounted shipping rates compared to when you create shipment completely on your own.

Shipping cost can be paid when creating the shipping label via de return portal. If you use our return portal to create a shipping label, the return cost are as below. You can choose to drop off the package of have the delivery service pick up your return.

 * For returns from countries not mentioned in the table below you will be responsible for organizing the return shipping yourself. Please don't forget to put in the return form with mention of your name and order number.
